Newborn Pinkie Group: Members Posts: 3 Joined: 3-October 09 Member No.: 921 Hamsters Name(s): Scooby Doo and Scrappy947 Gender: Female Country:	Hi. I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who responded to my plea for help with Scooby Doo and Scrappy. I did seperate them, but unfortunately Scooby died 2 weeks ago. Scrappy seemed to thrive after that but then over the weekend she seemed to become very quiet and stopped eating and drinking. On Tuesday night she was no better so i called the emergency vet we took her down and unfortunately there was nothing more that could be done and she had to be put to sleep. I am gutted and cant believe i lost them both within 12 days of each other.

At least with her being euthanised she did not suffer and she will appreciate that. I think animals do pine for one another, even if they do not live together. I recently lost two Robovoski dwarves within 12 hours of each other, one had a stroke one just died in her sleep. --------------------
